Specifications of Super Samuris Spec 1 The original Super Samuris. Engine; Modified cylinder head. Six-branch GDS exhaust manifold and system. Three 40DCOE Weber or Del’ortos carbs´ Alloy wheels. Lowered and uprated suspension Samuri paint job. Later on, 4 pot callipers, vented discs and front air dam were added.
Spec 2 Super Samuri Road Racer, four of which I have personally owned. Engine; Modified big-valve head. Bigger bore exhaust manifold and system. Three 48 DCOE Weber or Del’ortos carbs Works rally camshafts Alloy wheels (wider) Adjustable spring heights 2in unrated springs Gas shock absorbers Modified wheel arches and steel front air dam 4 pot callipers and ventilated discs Limited-slip differential with LSD Double core radiator and electric fan Oil cooler Sump baffle Roll cage Seat harness Samuri paint job.
Spec 3. Super Samuri G. The only one I ever made was for Ron Collins, and the spec is exactly the same as the road racers, but with the addition of the long G-nose as originally fitted to the early Fairlady Zs.
